By ordering from iHomeView, the customer releases any and all rights for our company to
use the photos taken by the photographer. The customer agrees to allow our photographer to enter
the said premises and/or lot. We value your privacy and trust. Our photographers have years of
experience and are not commissioned by a third party.
Please be aware that weather has an impact on the way our photographers schedule and photograph each virtual home tour.
The virtual scenes can become
blurry under low light conditions, especially inside throughout darker houses. If a photographer
contacts a customer to reschedule due to bad weather, even if it seems to be just overcast, it would
be advisable to schedule for a better, sunnier day. See the "Weather" section below for terms on
rescheduling due to weather. Reschedule: The customer has up to one hour before the scheduled time of the photo shoot to call
the photographer and speak with them directly to reschedule before incurring any additional fees.
This includes any concerns about weather or timing issues. If a customer calls to reschedule within
less than one hour before the set photo shoot, a $15 rescheduling fee will be added to the total bill.
Reshoot: If the customer is not happy with the photographs first taken and the photographer has
offered to reshoot the property there is no additional fee for the first reshoot. When the customer
requires additional photographs to be taken of a property a second time, there will be a $20
reshooting fee, plus the cost of the additional photographs.
No-Shows: If the agent, the sellers, nor the said persons to arrive does not show up within 10
minutes of the scheduled time, the photographer must move on to the next photo shoot and there will
be a rescheduling fee as said above.
Weekend Scheduling: Our photographers work Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. In fairness to our
hard working photographers, any tours scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday are subject to an
additional charge of $20.
Weather: The customer has up to one hour before the photo shoot to decide whether or not they
would like to continue with the photo shoot under the current conditions. If there is less than one hour
before the photo shoot and the weather turns drastically, the customer must immediately call the
photographer. At that point it is up to the photographer to choose whether or not to continue. If the
photographer contacts the customer and advises they should reschedule, there will be no
rescheduling fee unless the customer disagrees and later is not satisfied with the photographs.
Public Areas: If the customer requests part of the tour to be taken in a public place, it is up to the
discretion of the photographer whether he/she feels that the surrounding public are comfortable with
their photograph being taken. By law, the photographer cannot take the picture if someone in the shot
does not want their photo taken. This pertains to such common places as pools, parks, fitness
areas, beaches, etc.
Coverage Area: Our photographers are based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. There will be a minimum fee of $20 to any properties located outside the iHomeView normal coverage area. Customers will be notified and given the option to substitute a closer property before any fees are billed. Please see our coverage area map (picture of map represents basic coverage area and is not an exact representation).
Refunds: If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their tour, the photographer will go back to
the property for a reshoot. If the customer is still not satisfied, we will issue a refund equal to the total
price of the tour minus 50%.
